FACILITY MANAGEMENT CON BIM: APLICACIONES DE SOFTWARE EXISTENTES EN EL MERCADO

Resumen

Objetivo: Este artículo expone una presentación de los diferentes softwares y sus principales características, poniendo en valor los aspectos del Facility Management (FM).
Diseño / metodología / enfoque: La organización del trabajo BIM es una cuestión que muchas veces no es abordada durante la formación de los alumnos en la tecnología BIM. Por ello se pretende explicar un ejemplo de elaboración de un BEP aplicado a un proyecto académico.
Resultados: Lo importante que es el Facility Management (FM), la dificultad que supone implantarlo y la existencia de diferentes aplicaciones en la aplicación de este.
Originalidad: Se va a presentar el TFM realizado por el alumno Javier Marin Escribano, como ejemplo de éxito del desarrollo de un proyecto bajo metodología BIM.
